ServiceNer's role
ServiceNer is a technology platform that helps customers find and communicate with independent service providers. ServiceNer is not the service provider, and providers are not ServiceNer employees. Service quality, timing, price, address, scope of work, and other details are agreed between the customer and the provider.
Accounts and user responsibilities
- Registration information should be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for account security, your password, and activity under your account.
- You may not create fake profiles, impersonate another person, or use another person's account.
- Users should communicate respectfully and provide accurate information about services or requests.
Publishing services
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their service descriptions, pricing, photos, availability, and terms. Misleading, unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing content is not allowed. ServiceNer may edit, restrict, or remove content if it harms users or platform operation.
Bookings, cancellations, and changes
A booking may require provider acceptance. Cancellation, schedule changes, extra work, or extra costs should be agreed between the parties. The customer should provide enough information for the work, and the provider should explain the actual service terms clearly.
Payments
If online payment is available, it may be processed through payment partners and subject to their terms. If payment is made outside the platform, the parties are responsible for payment terms, confirmations, and possible disputes. ServiceNer may show payment statuses, but that does not replace a clear agreement between the parties.
Reviews and content
Reviews should be based on real experience and should be respectful, accurate, and useful. Threats, abuse, discrimination, personal data, false information, or promotional content unrelated to a real service experience are not allowed.
Acceptable use
You may not use ServiceNer for fraud, spam, malware distribution, unauthorized automated scraping, unlawful services, or activity that interferes with platform security. We may restrict accounts, services, or access if rules are violated or if users may be at risk.
Limitation of responsibility
ServiceNer works to keep the platform stable and useful, but we do not guarantee that every service, provider, or user action will be error-free or dispute-free. Users should evaluate providers, terms, and service fit before making decisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will try to notify users through the platform or other appropriate means. Continuing to use ServiceNer after changes means you accept the updated terms.
